The Sake Brewery "Koshitsukano Shuzo" founded in Niigatahas has been brewing Sake for about 240 years. The brewery uses home grown yeast, water from the Agano River and Gohyakumangoku rice to make its Sake. Gozu no Suisen Junmai Sake has aromas of banana, pear, melon and rice. On the palate it's smooth, with an off-dry sweetness and a medium acidity. The sake is medium bodied with a dry finish.
