Tasting Notes:
Notes of juniper and zesty citrus are balanced out by touches of fennel and cardamom leading into a warm finish with traces of peppery bite.
Recipe Suggestion: Tom Collins
- 44ml Masons Original Gin
- 22ml fresh squeezed lemon juice
- 22ml sugar syrup
- 125ml chilled soda water
- Slice of lemon to garnish
- Prepare a chilled Collins glass with plenty of ice
- Add Masons Original Gin, lemon juice, sugar syrup and soda water to glass stirring gently
- Garnish with a slice of lemon and enjoy
